BZ Shuttle Service Policies
At Belize Shuttle we understand that your travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Refunds will be credited to the same account the reservation was made from. Please review our refund policy below.
In the event of a no show or less than a 7 day’s prior to arrival cancellation, BZ Shuttle cannot refund your reservation payment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please call us at the above phone number.

All reservations BZ Shuttle services require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charge for 50% or the full amount at the time you make your reservation.
Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 16 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up are not refundable.
Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 16 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded.
* reservations cancelled more than 15 Days to 10 Days prior to scheduled pick-up will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
* reservations cancelled more than 10 Days to 5 Days prior to scheduled pick-up will result in a 75% cancellation charge.
* reservations cancelled more than 5 Days to 2 Days prior to scheduled pick-up will result in a 90% cancellation charge.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.
Notification of Lost Items or Damage:
BZ Shuttle must be notified of any loss or damage within 24 hours of transportation.
Lost items that are recovered will be retained for 15 days and will be available for pickup on a will-call basis (+501- 666-7268 from USA | 666-7268 within Belize), Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After 15 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
